What's it like to work on a video?
Here's a step by step chart to show you exactly what to expect when you invest in the video production process. There are two phases; Pre and Post Production. Each step is designed to ensure clear communication, which leads to excellent results, and creates a smooth and seamless experience.
Pre-Production
Determine video objectives, target audience, key elements, brand values, etc.
Meet in person, via phone, or video chat to brainstorm and discuss ideas.
Craft an in-depth proposal that includes visual, audio, and music references.
Determine shoot date, casting, locations, props, sets, scripts, dates, wardrobe and budget for each.
Gather crew, travel to locations, direct and shoot video using latest tech and professional equipment.
Post-Production
Create a rough video edit, with music and sound, graphics, etc. Not to be confused with the final video!
First of two rounds of client revisions. Client will have 4 days to review and provide specific feedback.
Revise video based on client feedback. Refine different elements such as sound, graphics, color grading, and timing.
Second of the two rounds of client revisions. Client will review and provide final feedback and asks on the video edit.
Revise and apply finishing touches such as color correction, voice over adjustments, audio mixing, etc. Deliver final files to the client.
